  1. SALES MANAGER

Responsibilities :

A. Sales Team Leader

  1. Perform or/and oversee roles of Customer Champion, Sales Project Manager, Tender Champion, tasks of Expediting, Invoicing and Collection.
  2. Perform sales targeting, tracking & monitoring of overall GRP sales via SPL/HPO reporting and regular Sales meet.
  3. Identify new customers/segments, new related GRP product & services and the required promotion and sales activities.
  4. Perform Customer Champion to cross sell other company products.

B.   Customer Champion Lead

  1. Continuous help identify, define, update, communicate Sales Success Drivers (SSD) – Goals, Deliverable, Process & Competencies of Customer Champion (CC), Tender Champion.
  • Perform and execute per SSD – Customer Champion and Winning Proposal to meet targeted Order Conversion expectation.
  1. Work with team of selected CC, Mentor, bring along to meet customer, train and show them process and deliverable.

C.  Expediting

  1. Liaise with customer and suppliers to execute order to achieve Zero / Minimum Schedule Delay, ensuring Scope of Work & Technical Compliance.
  2. Timely Invoicing & Collection.
  3. Accurate tracking of payment to principals.
  4. Manage & Ensure Earliest Vendor Databook Completion.
  5. If needed execute the delivery logistic.

 

2. SALES SUPPORT ENGINEER/EXECUTIVE

A.  Play a Tender / Product Champion Role

  1. Responsible to develop Winning Proposal by ensuring :
        a) Technical Compliance with minimum deviation
        b) Timely Response / Clarifications
        c) Acceptable Commercial Terms
        d) Winning Pricing
        e) Favorable margin
        f) Minimum Risk
  1. Thorough understanding of Tender / Birds :
        a) Scope of Work
        b) Technical Specification
        c) Dateline of Submission
        d) Document for Submission
        e) Format of Submission
  1. Persistent liaison and soliciting of quotation and clarification with suppliers / principals and with Sales person to understand exact customer requirement.
  2. Good knowledge of Products Specifications, Deviations, Datasheet, Pricing and Competitors.
  3. Develop and maintain good relationship with Supplier / Principal personnel and familiar with them.
B. Manage Expediting Expediting process
  1. Liaise with customer and suppliers to execute order to achieve Zero / Minimum Schedule Delay, ensuring Scope of Work & Technical Compliance.
